What we do

Six modalities. One plan, built for you.

Every visit is a blend of hands-on adjustment, recovery work and active rehab — chosen for what your body actually needs that day.

Precision Spinal Adjustments

Targeted, low-force adjustments to restore joint motion and decompress nerve roots. Diversified, drop-table and instrument-assisted techniques tailored to your body.

Acupuncture

Point-based acupuncture from an acupuncture qualified chiropractor — used to help calm pain signaling and ease muscle tension as part of a recovery plan.

Shockwave Therapy

Focused acoustic-wave therapy designed to stimulate the body's own healing response in tendons and connective tissue. Commonly used for plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow and chronic Achilles pain.

Pin & Stretch

Hands-on soft-tissue technique that breaks down adhesion in muscle, fascia, tendon and nerve. Particularly effective for runners and lifters who feel "stuck."

Cupping & Scraping

Decompressive cupping plus instrument-assisted scraping to improve circulation, reduce muscle guarding and unwind chronic patterns.

Corrective Exercise Programming

Movement-pattern audit and a custom program of mobility drills, nerve flossing and strength work — built to keep you out of the clinic, not in it.

02
Specialized care

Bridging clinical excellence and athletic performance.

Two questions guide every plan: what's holding you back today, and what will keep you moving for the next twenty years.

I have been to many chiropractors in my life, but I have never been to one that adjusted both my skeletal system and the muscles affected in those areas, until I came to the Spine Studio. All this time I've only been getting half of an adjustment but Haley offers the full package. She is knowledgeable about all aspects of the body. She listens to the problems you're having and talks with you about how she can help solve those problems. I highly recommend her for anyone who is seeking Chiropractic Care!

Awesome care. Not just a normal chiropractor. The exercises and tissue work she did helped me tremendously. Not just here to pop my back. I had thrown my back out to the point where I could hardly move. She got me up and moving in no time. Highly recommend.

If you’re like me and questioning if you should go to a chiropractor or not, do yourself a favor and go to Spine Studio. She knew exactly what I was dealing with and connected all the dots on how to prevent my pain and not just treat a symptom. Fantastic service.

Woke up not being able to move my neck, Hailey was able to get me in same day. Leaving now, I feel like an owl!

Common questions

Honest answers to honest questions.

If you have something specific not covered here, call us at 636.378.0969 or book a visit — we're happy to talk it through.

We're at 5285 State Route N, Suite 102 in Cottleville, on Highway N near the Cottleville Parkway. Free on-site parking, ground-floor entrance, wheelchair-accessible. We see patients from Cottleville, St. Charles, O'Fallon, Weldon Spring, St. Peters and the surrounding area.

No referral is required. You can schedule directly through our Jane App booking page or call 636.378.0969. Same-day and next-day appointments are often available — particularly Monday through Thursday.

The comprehensive Initial Assessment is $149 and runs about 40 minutes. It includes a full movement and posture screen, neurological and orthopedic exam, and hands-on treatment that same visit. Follow-up visits are $60 and run about 20 minutes.

The Spine Studio is a cash-based practice and does not bill insurance directly — this lets us offer longer visits, no rushed care, and transparent flat-rate pricing. We accept HSA and FSA cards, all major credit cards and Apple Pay.

We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal issues: sciatica, disc herniations, tech neck, tension headaches, rotator cuff strains, tennis and golfer's elbow, shoulder impingement, runner's knee, plantar fasciitis, hip dysfunction, Achilles tendonitis, sprains and strains, sports injuries, mobility gaps and athletic performance optimization.

Dr. Andersen is an acupuncture qualified chiropractor. She uses point-based acupuncture to work downstream on the nervous system — calming pain pathways, lowering inflammation and easing muscle guarding. It runs about 20 minutes and is available as a standalone session ($60) or added into a care plan.

It depends on what brought you in and how long it's been going on. Many acute musculoskeletal issues improve within about 3–5 visits, though it varies from person to person. Chronic patterns (think years of tech neck or recurring low-back pain) typically need a longer initial phase followed by intermittent maintenance. You'll get a clear, written plan after your Initial Assessment — and you decide how far to take it.

Yes — that's the bulk of who we see. Dr. Andersen's background is in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, so the entire treatment philosophy is about keeping active people active. You won't be told to stop lifting, stop running, or stop playing your sport. We'll work around training and often adjust your program to keep you progressing while we treat.

Plan for about 40 minutes. We'll talk through your history, watch you move, run a focused neurological and orthopedic exam, and identify what's actually driving your symptoms. Then we treat — typically a combination of precision spinal adjustments, pin & stretch or acupuncture, and a couple of mobility cues you'll take home. You'll receive a written plan summarizing findings and next steps.
