I have been to many chiropractors in my life, but I have never been to one that adjusted both my skeletal system and the muscles affected in those areas, until I came to the Spine Studio. All this time I've only been getting half of an adjustment but Haley offers the full package. She is knowledgeable about all aspects of the body. She listens to the problems you're having and talks with you about how she can help solve those problems. I highly recommend her for anyone who is seeking Chiropractic Care!
Awesome care. Not just a normal chiropractor. The exercises and tissue work she did helped me tremendously. Not just here to pop my back. I had thrown my back out to the point where I could hardly move. She got me up and moving in no time. Highly recommend.
Great place. Great owner
If you’re like me and questioning if you should go to a chiropractor or not, do yourself a favor and go to Spine Studio. She knew exactly what I was dealing with and connected all the dots on how to prevent my pain and not just treat a symptom. Fantastic service.
Woke up not being able to move my neck, Hailey was able to get me in same day. Leaving now, I feel like an owl!

Dr. Andersen is an acupuncture qualified chiropractor. She uses point-based acupuncture to work downstream on the nervous system — calming pain pathways, lowering inflammation and easing muscle guarding. It runs about 20 minutes and is available as a standalone session ($60) or added into a care plan.
It depends on what brought you in and how long it's been going on. Many acute musculoskeletal issues improve within about 3–5 visits, though it varies from person to person. Chronic patterns (think years of tech neck or recurring low-back pain) typically need a longer initial phase followed by intermittent maintenance. You'll get a clear, written plan after your Initial Assessment — and you decide how far to take it.
Yes — that's the bulk of who we see. Dr. Andersen's background is in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, so the entire treatment philosophy is about keeping active people active. You won't be told to stop lifting, stop running, or stop playing your sport. We'll work around training and often adjust your program to keep you progressing while we treat.
Plan for about 40 minutes. We'll talk through your history, watch you move, run a focused neurological and orthopedic exam, and identify what's actually driving your symptoms. Then we treat — typically a combination of precision spinal adjustments, pin & stretch or acupuncture, and a couple of mobility cues you'll take home. You'll receive a written plan summarizing findings and next steps.
